Refund policy

Returns are accepted on unused/unopened goods in original packaging within 10 days of delivery.

Once we received an inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 days for it to appear in your account.

Items not eligible for return are opened packages, used items or sale/clearance items.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at larkcollective.nz@gmail.com within 3 days with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
